Nutri-sups Worldwide™ Distribution Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforseen circumstances( eg. natural disasters, strikes etc…) all products and labeling are produced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and shape specifications. Nutri-sups Worldwide™ Distribution Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders at which time we will notify this by email. We will return the funds by using the original method received.
Returns
Nutri-sups Worldwide™ Distribution Pty Ltd will accept returns on unopened products for up to 14 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including original shipping fee). We will not, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items. We are not a try and buy store. Since every individual has different perceptions on what does and does not taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit in the same form in which you paid for your goods, so via credit card, Paypal or to a bank account Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Returns – Process
You must email Nutri-sups Worldwide™ Distribution Pty Ltd within 24 hours of receiving the products you wish to return and instructions from one of our customer service representatives will be provided to you on how to return the items. Items must be returned at your expense in an unopened and perfect condition in order to receive a full credit. NOTE: We are unable to refund or accept returns on any nutrition bars or meal replacement bars. A return authorisation must be given or we may refuse the package. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for unopened items returned within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 7 days. No product returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Back-orders
From time to time we may experience product shortages due to high volume sales. Most often the product is on back order from the manufacturer. We will notify you via email if we do not have on-hand stock to fill your order requirements. You have the option of a full refund if you do not wish to wait for restocks (usually restocks will occur within 14 days). We ask for your patience in these situations. These are rare instances, but can happen on occasion.

Our Site/ Internet store makes no therapeutic use claims. In Australia, nutritional products are regulated and controlled by either the Therapeutic Goods Administration (the TGA) or Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) Therapeutic being defined by the Australian TGA as :
- preventing, diagnosing, curing or alleviating a disease, ailment, defect or injury in persons or animals; or
- influencing, inhibiting or modifying a physiological process in persons or animals; or
- testing the susceptibility of persons or animals to a disease or ailment; or
- influencing, controlling or preventing conception in persons; or
- testing for pregnancy in persons; or
- the replacement or modification of parts of the anatomy in persons or animals.
